David & Melissa Allen
David and Melissa have been involved in
the wood flooring industry for over fifteen
years. They pride themselves in their
working knowledge of their industry and
keeping abreast of the latest technology
regarding the wood flooring industry.
Customer satisfaction is their number one
priority and they are aware that every one
of their clients is the most important.
Without them, there would be no Refined
Hardwood Flooring. Melissa is an
exceptional business woman, with an
incredible base of knowledge of wood
flooring. Melissa is also a recognized floor
re-finisher and installer. David, a North
Carolina Journeyman, and Craftsman, is a
professionally trained wood flooring
technician and Melissa's right hand man.

Office Manager / Cleaning Div. Supervisor
Yvonne
Yvonne is also a North Carolina native,
who runs the cleaning division for Refined
Hardwood Flooring. Without her, no job
would truly be complete and our clients
would certainly have a lot of follow up
work to do themselves. Yvonne has been
with the company for four years.

Crew Chief / Apprentice
Kevin
Kevin is an asset to Refined Hardwood. A
well rounded flooring technician with a
great eye for detail, Kevin has a wonderful
future in the wood flooring industry. We
are proud to have him on our team. Kevin
has been with Refined Hardwood for two
years.
