| Owners David & Melissa Allen David and Melissa have over 40 years of combined experience in the wood flooring industry. They pride themselves in their working knowledge of their industry and keeping abreast of the latest technology regarding the wood flooring industry. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority and they are aware that every one of their clients is the most important. Without them, there would be no Refined Hardwood. Melissa is an exceptional business woman, with an incredible base of knowledge of wood flooring. Melissa is also a recognized floor re-finisher and installer. David, a North Carolina Journeyman, and Craftsman, is a professionally trained wood flooring technician and Melissa's right hand man. |
| Cleaning Div. Supervisor Yvonne Yvonne is also a North Carolina native, who runs the cleaning division for Refined Hardwood Flooring. Without her, no job would truly be complete and our clients would certainly have a lot of follow up work to do themselves. Yvonne has been with the company for four years. |
